i keep a pair of sticks in my car and routinely drum along to songs on the steering wheel

if im sitting in waiting rooms, ill do paradiddles with my feet

I do this a lot in waiting rooms, at meetings (where people can't see my feet) and at home.
Any beat that I learn with my hands (currently working from Stone's Stick Control) I practice with my feet. It really improves my left foot and I've found that using the hi-hat has become easier and more natural.

Lol, I must be an obnoxious dude to hang out with because I had to check all the boxes except for the rock band one (haven't played it so I have no idea).

I like to go for long runs. I find myself thinking of beats and counting them to the tempo of my stride. I know, it's weird.

Someone told me that I should listen to a metronome while walking or running and try to stay on the beat. I never tried it but it should be interesting.

My biggest passion besides drumming (and my wife and daughter) is cars.

When I'm working on a car, I find myself beat boxing subconciously. It helps me focus on what I'm doing, and it helps me relax. When I think about it, drumming is probably related to every aspect of my life in at least one way.

Music works just as well and is much easier to deal with.

You can also meditate on it instead of resisting it :P

I usually end up annoying people because I'm usually tapping on the table/desk or people think I have restless leg syndrom because I can't keep my legs/feet still. LMAO!!!
