Welcome to the all-new Member Show Off Area of the DrumLessons.com Drum Forum. This is a place where each member can start a dedicated topic on themselves for other members to checkout. Please feel free to start your topic and tell us about yourself. You can post videos, pictures, audio etc.

If I see a member topic that I like, I will sticky it in the "Important Topics" section at the top! Enjoy!

Here are some rules...

  • Each member can start one dedicated topic using their forum username as the title.
  • You may upload anything that relates to you or your drumming.
  • You may comment or ask questions in other members topics.
  • You may keep all your videos in a single post, or separate the posts.
  • You must use your forum username as the title of your topic!

I am sure this will help organize our member videos better. Our "Me On Drums" topic has over 3800 replies now and is very hard to navigate through.

I will get it started...Here is a video of me playing to a funk tune at one of our video shoots...Enjoy!

hey Jared this may be a silly question, but can you move this thread under the gear thread? I keep trying to go to the gear thread and click this one! HAHAHA

or above general drumming?

Thanks for doing this. This will be great!

Now, Jared, this was a damn fine idea!

In a year or two, all of us here today can look back and say "I remember the show-off thread" and feel really old at this place: :)

Whose to say it can't after the competition? Maybe a song per quarter if a month is too often for folks.

I was probably the biggest fan of SOTM, but in these topics we should try to stay on-topic. Jared is going to have a full page of off-topic comments on his show-off.
