Joplin, Hendrix, Moon, Bonham, there was a drummer from a band, Tommy something, can't remember his name, from a band in the 70's or 80's, Morrison, now Winehouse, and who knows how many I left out.
I've had drug addiction in my family (my ex-brother in law),although he cleaned his act up decades ago.
I've seen it numerous times in my travels, full blown addicts to the the morons who think they can do it on the week-ends and walk away from it for the week.
I saw Joplin in Oakland Calif. before I went to SEA. I'm hoping that I going to survive where I'm was going, not even thinking that she was slowly killing herself.
My view on drugs is black and white, there are no grey areas. If you don't touch them, you are smart. If you use them, you are a ******* idiot.

Truly terrible news about Steve Jobs passing away. I realize that I never knew him but the truth is that his products he and his team have created have given me all the amazing opportunities in my life. They allowed me to express myself and my creativity along with millions of others. You will be missed Mr. Jobs!
