Since I believe that Chris Adler(Lamb of God) and Jason Bittner(Shadows Fall) are good friends, who do you think would win in a drum off. Both bands are excellent and each drummer has amazing skill. I personally think Adler would win cause of how well he performs with intense fills and epic beats. Although i still think Bittner is a great drummer. If you have never heard them play, check them out and post your vote.

I love Adler's work.

And I think Adler would win because he's so creative and different.

But I'd love to see it because Adler isn't a drum solo type of guy.
Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.

Yeah, hes my favorite drummer, my role model. I'm glad to see someone else praises his work. Most of my other friends dont like him for reasons i dont know. But yeah it would be a nice competition. Rock on Chris \m/

It's hard to guess who would win a straightforward drum-off as Chris really never does any solos. Ever.

But both he and Bittner practice often and hard and strive for excellence. I think both these drummers have A LOT they haven't shown us.

But personally, i idolize Adler, so yes. He gets my vote.

Ouch, that hurt my ears! Haha, I remember those two, they were the coolest when I was younger! Haha, also, didn't they turn cookie monster into veggie monster or something like that? Poor blue monster...

How about DMD (Death Metal Dog)?

. You'll never know if you like it until you pull down your pants and take a slide on the ice.

I think that's exactly the impression I get from Death metal, with Cujo.

Jason is a pretty experienced soloist. he knows it's not all about chops and ridiculous speed (not saying that Adler doesn't!), and in his solos he shows great versatility and musicality (putting that Berklee education to good use!)

I've never seen Adler do anything like that, but then I again I've never heard Jason pull off what Chris does on their respective recordings. If we're talking about strictly soloing, however, Jason would blow Chris away.

i like adlers recorded drumming and music a lot more than bittners, but that being said in an actual drum-off bittner would most likely win because hes a more well rounded and musically educated drummer
