I have this as well. The only thing I can say is that it really makes things a little easier with following up on what is here on the site. Everything I need is on DVD and in workbooks, which I love. Sometimes the internet can act up and vids on the site can be slowed or not work properly, this pack easily solves that issue. The other thing is that, in my situation, it is not practical to move my laptop into my drum area.
This is a great pack, and has really helped me in that when I need/want to freshen up on something from the lessons on the site, I don't need to worry about firing up the computer to do so. Everything is at the touch of a remote!

Hey Jared,

How long does it take for the package to ship. I realize it's the holidays and such but I'm anxious to start the lessons. Will I get an email telling me it's shipped?

Great site. I'm really looking forward to getting your package bud.

When did you order? It usually takes 5 - 7 BUSINESS days for Canada/US orders, and 7 - 12 BUSINESS days for International orders. At the holidays, it can sometimes take longer. Your order should have a tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipment. If you email support @ railroadmedia.com you can inquire further.

The difference between the Free Drum Lessons pack and the site is that the site is all streaming videos and the package is sent on printed workbooks and DVDs. Also, all of the Secret Lessons are included on the DVDs. On the site you have to subscribe to them and are sent them once every 7 - 10 days. The package was created because so many users couldn't always be connected to the internet to take drum lessons.

A personal reply, sweet. I was very impressed with your online lessons Jared. As someone who evaluates teachers as part of my job I thought your style was excellent, catering to audio and visual learners at the same time. I only ordered the set on Christmas Day so I've still got a few days to wait. It's tough being so impatient.

I just picked up a used Roland TD-7 a couple days ago. I had my first one on one lesson last week. I'll take some personal lessons for a couple months using your DVD lessons to augment that.

Thanks for the personal reply. I'm really looking forward to receiving my lessons.

Great! I am glad you like the lessons. They were a lot of work but it's all paid off for sure

I was just working with our shipper today (I know on a Sunday) to get all the packages out. I remember shipping quite a few Free Drum Lessons pack so I am sure yours made it out as well. Thanks so much for your order, let me know if there is anything else I can do to help out.

That's funny, I don't remember the Secret Lessons being on my DVDs?

I love having all the exercises pre-printed in workbooks and the higher quality full-screen video. My wireless connection to where my drums are located can be a little slow at times. Now I can flip through lessons quickly and easily. I don't find any Secret Lessons in the package, however. I went through all the menus, bonus content (good stuff!), and "explored" the DVD discs.
While purchasing this set of lessons in not a requirement since you can view them online, the DVDs and printed materials make using the lessons easier and quicker.
. There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
