Hello,

I'm Aaron from St. Louis, MO USA.
I purchased my first set of drums last week.
I've played guitar and bass for years and have always wanted to be behind the kit.
I do not plan on taking "real" drum lessons. I've always been self taught.
My current kit is a Sonor Safari jungle kit with Sonor hardware and Sabian B8 series cymbals.
I also am renting out a rehearsal space at a recording studio so I can have 24/7 access/opportunity to play my kit as loud as I want/whenever I want.
I'm glad this forum/site exists. I love all the videos and info. Any good tips on crashing and coming out of fills back into the beat/especially with fast rolls?
Caution: The solid ground that you are on will slide from under you.

Hi all,

I'm from a small community in Louisiana, USA. I've been playing on and off for about 5yrs and I'm self-taught.
I started playing guitar first but, we need a drummer and I always wanted to play drums so here I am. oh I also play bass a little. The kit a have is a set of blue vistalite Ludwig with Zildjian cymbals and a set of roland electric drums.

Hi fellow drummers... I'm Somiari but you guys can call me 'jay'. I'm from Nigeria and I've been drumming for quite a while now. I don't have a personal kit but I'm hoping to get one soon. I'm self taught...I get new ideas from sites like this. I also play a little of keyboard, violin and viola. I'm aspiring to be 'the greatest drummer that ever walked the face of the earth'.... ;)
