So, inspired by the singing-while-drumming thread, I've been working on trying to... You know.... Sing while drumming.
I have a mic with a stand that I put to my left (in between me and my hats) and plug it into the amp that my neighbor uses for his guitar. Unfortunately, its kind of awkward sitting twisted up like that and I have to stretch to hit the toms on the opposite side.
So, I'm looking for a way to wirelessly sing through the amp. I have a bluetooth headset; is there a receiver I can plug into the amp for it?
Does anyone know of anything that does this?

Does your headset support the A2DP profile?
There are Bluetooth receivers for $25 - $95 that will plug into your amp, but IDK if they will work with your headset.

Oh man, you're gonna spend a lot. If I were you I'd go the Mike Portnoy way. With a mic over my head that I can pull and push at my convenience.
Anyways, Donna already asked about this so the answer is somewhere in this forum.
Or maybe not so much expending:

Right now, I have the same bluetooth headset (though, more like an earpiece) that I use with my phone. I'd like to use that, if possible, so I dont have to buy another mic.
I'm not performing any shows, so it doesn't have to be flawlessly clean sounding... But I don't want to sound like I'm phoning in my singing. (zing!)
I guess, once I get the receiver, I can decide on getting a new headset or not...

I don't, unfortunately. I (shockingly) still have the documentation for the device, but it doesn't mention anything about it.
I googled the heck out of it, but couldn't find any mention of the capatability (or lack of).
I did find where someone said that they were having trouble connecting with an iPad and someone responded by saying it could be capatability with that protocol but, a few posts later, the guy got it working.
....sooooooooOOOOOOOooooo...
I have no idea, honestly.
I mean, if it comes to that, I'll buy another (capatable) device... But, I figured I'd use it if I could.
