I'm just curious if anyone has ever used this snare head. I saw it when I was looking on the Aquarian site. I guess it's a triple ply or something like that. To me that just sounds a little over kill, but I figured I might as well ask.
How can you be yourself when you don't know who you are?

Force-10s are a similar item. I think they both might make sense for metal drummers.

I get the idea of 3 layers for durability. Especially for metal drummers considering I am one. I just don't think that a 3 ply snare could sound too good is all. Just my opinion of course

My cousin has force-10s. He seems to like them. Probably comes down to what _you_ like.

Isn't it amazing how much freedom you have as a drummer?

What kind of kit should I get? Get the kind YOU like.
How should I arrange my toms, hi-hat, snare? Arrange them anyway YOU would like.
What cymbals should I buy? The cymbals YOU like.
What kind of bass pedal should I get? The bass pedal YOU like.
What size sticks should I get? The size YOU like.
What songs should I play? The songs YOU like.
